Same Day Air Travel Information — Last Updated — 01/09/10 at 7:30pm EST

We have new information regarding our Birmingham same day charter.

Based on a meeting between the Birmingham airport and Southwest Airlines representatives we have been told that they are still planning to have our charter fly out tomorrow. All other Southwest flights are more than likely to be canceled by Southwest except for our charter.

We are dependent on the airport being able to clear the runway in order to be able to take off and land. We will not know definite information until tomorrow morning. The best thing to do is to keep in touch with our on-site representatives Britt and Laurie for information. We have done everything in our control in order for this flight to take everyone to Phoenix tomorrow. Obviously, we are not in control of mother nature and whether the Birmingham airport will be able to clear the runway.

We are hoping for the best, and that is all we have at the moment. Should anything change, we will certainly let you know.
