Fiesta Bowl Travel Package
As one of the four games in the Bowl Championship Series, the Fiesta Bowl always features a big-time match-up and in recent years the game has produced some of the most memorable battles in college football. The ‘07 Fiesta Bowl was perhaps one of the greatest college games ever played, as underdog Boise State defeated the Oklahoma Sooners by a score of 43-42 in overtime. That game featured some remarkable trick plays by Boise State, a wild comeback by Oklahoma, and even an end zone marriage proposal by Boise State’s Ian Johnson to his cheerleader girlfriend. SportsTravel.com sent a number of fans to that game with a Fiesta Bowl travel package, and we are ready to do the same for you this year. Our Fiesta Bowl Packages include Fiesta Bowl tickets, hotel accommodations in the Phoenix area, ground transportation PrimeSportto University of Phoenix Stadium and a whole lot more.
You might be surprised to find out that the University of Phoenix does not play at University of Phoenix Stadium (the online college actually doesn’t even have an athletic program), but the Phoenix Cardinals do. The Cards have turned into a contender in recent years, so you might even be able to catch an NFL game when you are in Phoenix depending on the schedule. And if not, there are plenty of golf courses and other activities in the area to keep you busy.
