Cleveland Browns Stadium

Opened in 1999, Cleveland Browns Stadium is carrying on the tradition of football in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cleveland Browns were one of the earlier NFL football teams and instrumental in the expansion of the NFL into one of the worlds most popular sports leagues. From the early years of players like Jim brown to the era of Bernie Kosar, Marty Schottenheimer, and the Browns success in the AFC, Cleveland Browns Stadium has always been a magnet for some of the NFL’s most rapid fans. The end section, known as the “Dawg Pound” is famous for the ferocity and enthusiasm of its occupants.

Fans in the Dawg Pound have had a lot to cheer about. Pro Bowl players like Jim Brown, Otto Graham, and Paul Warfield have made Cleveland Browns Stadium a good place to catch both emerging stars and established superstars. Browns fans enjoyed a good run in the mid-80’s, becoming a powerhouse in the AFC but have yet to reach their first Super Bowl. Browns fans have also endured their trials. The original Cleveland Browns packed up and left to become the Baltimore Ravens. But the faithful were rewarded with a new franchise in 1999 and since then have only enhanced their image as the NFL’s most loyal fans.
